- 11997년 뉴욕, Sunnyside에 Tak Toon Animation Company가 설립되어 2001년 Tak Toon Enterprise Inc.로 법인 전환 후, 2008년에는 대한민국 서울에 한국 법인으로 ㈜탁툰 엔터프라이즈가 설립되었다. 미국법인 Tak Toon Enterprise Inc.는 뉴욕에서 다수의 애니메이션 시리즈 제작 참여, 애니메이션 광고 제작 참여를 비롯하여, 광고 Agency들을 위한 Pre-viz 등의 서비스를 진행하였다.
한국법인 ㈜탁툰엔터프라이즈는 2008년 설립된 이래, 2013년 중앙대학교 기술지주회사로 선정되어 장편·단편 애니메이션, TV시리즈 애니메이션 제작, 라이센싱, 배급, 마케팅을 진행하고 있다.
(주)탁툰엔터프라이즈는 스톱모션 애니메이션 시리즈 <갤럭시키즈>와 2D 디지털 애니메이션 시리즈 <뾰족뾰족 포크가족>을 제작 및 방영하였다. 국내 최초 4K 스톱모션 애니메이션 <쉿! 내 친구는 빅파이브> 시즌1, 2와 2D 애니메이션 <린다의 신기한 여행>을 KBS 1TV에서 방영을 완료하였다.
현재 EBS에서 2D 애니메이션 <뿡뿡빵빵 부부맨>을 방영 중이며, <린다의 신기한 여행> 시즌2가 2023년 하반기 KBS 1TV 방영을 앞두고 있다.

Tak Toon Animation Company was established in Sunnyside, New York in 1997 and converted to Tak Toon Enterprise Inc. in 2001.
In 2008, Taktoon Enterprise Inc. was established in Seoul, South Korea. Since its establishment in 2008, Taktoon Enterprise Inc. has been selected as a technology holding company by Chung-Ang University in 2013, and has been producing and distributing feature-length and short animations, TV series animations, licensing, and marketing.
Our company, Taktoon Enterprise Inc. has produced and aired the animations <Galaxy Kids> and <The Forks with Spiky Hands>.
We have completed airing the first and second seasons of the first 4K stop-motion animation in Korea, <Teenie Scouts Big Five>,
and 2D animation <The World of Curious Linda> on KBS 1TV. In 2023, 2D animation <Fluffy Hero Booboo Man> aired on EBS,
and <The World of Curious Linda> season 2 aired on KBS 1TV.
